Introduction - what are angels?
Angels are spiritual guardians who watch over us and guide us through our lives, whether or not we are consciously aware of it. Everyone has a team of angels looking after them. Some people believe that they are celestial beings sent by God to do His work on earth. They are a benevolent force, representing truth, peace, understanding, love, health and happiness.
Everyone has an image of what an angel looks like – often a winged creature in white robes. This isn’t always the case, though. They may appear differently to different people. Some see them as a column of light, or a bright glow, or an apparition in human form. To some they are simply invisible, giving mental and emotional guidance.
